  • All prices of the products on the website are quoted in NPR/USD and do not include delivery charges. Additional costs of handling like freight charges, custom duties, taxes and levies will be borne by the buyer.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our products.

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to re-fulfilling your order.

If you have any concerns regarding the product or to report a damage, please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the item.
